Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Mazal. You confirm this on first visit and are responsible for the accuracy of that confirmation. Mazal is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where gambling is illegal. You are responsible for ensuring you may legally use the service.

Accounts are created with an email and password. We do not require government-issued identification, phone number, or selfie verification. Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies and are credited after the network-required confirmations. Funds in your balance are held in operator-controlled escrow; you can withdraw to any compatible address subject to the limits in our cashier.

Every game outcome is generated by a provably-fair commit/reveal scheme: a server seed hash is published before play and the seed revealed after. Any user can independently verify any settled round. House edge per game is documented on the game's info page.

Bonus funds carry wagering requirements documented at the point of grant. Until the requirement is met, the bonus is non-withdrawable and may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal. We may revoke bonuses we determine to be abused (multi-account, collusion, bot play, exploiting bugs).

Withdrawals are reviewed by an operator. We may delay or reject withdrawals if we reasonably suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or sanctioned-address activity. On-chain fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

You may not: use the service for money laundering or to fund any illegal activity; maintain multiple accounts; collude with other players; reverse engineer the platform; probe its security without prior written authorization; or use the service if doing so is illegal where you live.

We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by applicable law. Suspended accounts may have their balance frozen pending review.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that outcomes will favor you. You assume the financial risk of gambling.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount of your balance plus any deposits made in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from network failures, third-party wallet bugs, or your own operational mistakes.

We may update these terms; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
